My Passion is working with individuals and groups in a semi-structured way, encouraging emotional growth and professional development. I encourage the use of effective strategies for improving communication, working through conflict, developing confidence and overcoming fears and self-limiting beliefs.

We launched this company as a result of many years experience working with families in crisis and preventative support, supporting women who have been raped and sexually abused, women who have experienced domestic violence and developing and delivering training to sessions for professionals.

My work involves supporting people whilst offering non-judgemental support with a view to enabling them to acknowledge their own strength and power, so they manage painful feelings and self-limiting beliefs.

My aim is to teach effective ways to access your inner strength and resourceful state, to change your mindset from problem thinking to solution thinking.

I am involved in the training and development of WEETU in Norwich. Using my business coaching experience to support women in Norfolk to set up successful business and join the increasing number of people who are enjoying the benefits if being self employed – phone to book a consultation if you want to reach your dreams. Coaching sessions are conducted on a 1 to 1 basis either as a one of or an organised programme over a series of time.

I have a passion to support the management of pain using a range of techniques from EFT, Hypnosis, Breathing and Posture exercises and supporting the emotional undercurrent to physical pain

I am currently writing a book about the real impact bullying at on our professional and personal lives, it aims to offer practical exercises and suggestions to enable people to manage their feelings and where possible make changes to their situation.
